I hired Victoria after receiving a RFE on my self petitioned EB1A petition. I was immediately impressed with her action plan for our response to the RFE. She knew exactly what she wanted to focus on in our response and asked me for additional information about certain publication and patents and also drafted 8 new letters (I had already submitted 15 letters of support in my original self-petition). She initially asked me to do an overview of about 5-6 research accomplishments of mine over the years, linking them to my published work. As I looked for alternative opinions on immigration forums, I came across the name of attorney Victoria Chen and was intrigued by the guaranteed approval or full refund back policy. After consulting with a couple of attorneys, I decided to go with Victoria Chen for my EB2-NIW application. Victoria worked with a great professionalism with me from the beginning to the end. She drafted letters within a week for me as promised in the attorney-client retainer agreement and never delayed anything throughout the whole process. We went back and forth a couple of times until both parties agreed. With Victoria, you will get everything done within 5 months. I am so glad I selected her as my attorney and It took only 5 months and 10 days to get my NIW petition approved from the date I signed the retainer agreement with her. Unless one of my recommendation/reference letters got delayed, it could have been only 4 months for the whole process.

Victoria Chen is a talented, devoted immigration attorney. She always takes the time and the effort to study every single case herself, she does`t relay on paralegals like others lawyers that I have worked with in the past. Victoria worked on my EB-2 NIW application from start to end with all the professionalism and diligence you expect for these cases. My petition got approved a little over 4 months without any inquiries. Victoria is a detail-oriented attorney and an expert in immigration law. She does a honest evaluation and if she agrees to take up your case, be assured that it will be approved. I was considering a local law firm before I contacted Victoria. She was way more responsive, and all her answers are concise and precise, unlike the other one who gave me answers contradict to other sources. I hired her almost immediately. While I had concerns that I could not meet her in person, it turned out not an issue at all. All my emails to her were replied in a timely manner.
