AND I did not have your high citation count; I had only 31 citations. Working with Ms. Chen, she came up with a strategy to help me meet four of the criteria, including compiling evidence on how my citation count was actually equivalent to the leading scholars in my field. This is very crucial because the authorities are looking for objective evidence, and the most straightforward and empirically verifiable is citation count.
